As a real estate investor, I have worked with several Realtors in various states. Suzanne's services are always head and shoulders above any other real estate agent. At the time I was looking to invest in Las Vegas, I was out of state, making only limited visits. Suzanne always did careful research to find properties to fit my investment peramaters and always listened very carefully to my remarks. I simply gave her my investment criteria such as a minimum cap rate, community standings and rental potential and she would do considerable research to find the best homes that I could inspect during my short stays. Even with faced with stubborn obsticles, such as non-responsive banks, she would always find a way around the problem. Suzanne's selections were right on target. With her services and approach, I was able to purchase 11 properties within a two year period. I feel certain that without Suzanne's guidance and experience, I would not have been able to find the type of investment properties I have today.
