She went above and beyond her call. Suzanne always got back to us with all of our questions and had no problem walking us through the whole thing. Selling a home can be stressful but she really helped ease that feeling of the process. Even when we tried looking for a new home she was there to help us try to find what we wanted and got us in to see homes at the drop of a hat.

It was such a pleasure to work with Suzanne. I got her name from one of the realestate friends to do a short sale for us. She was very knowledgeable in the process and even when the bank gave us a hard time, she didn't give up. She was quick to list our property and take care of any offers we received. The process for a short sale was very long and tedious, but her staff kept us on track for signatures needed and documents that were required for the process. She and her staff arranged everything with the closing, up to having the notary contact us for an appointment for signatures.
