Suzanne has been my realtor on two properties across multiple years. She was not only fantastic at this job, finding us a great home both times, but also an amazing resource long after the respective sales had closed. She went above and beyond at every stage. She was professional, proactive and sensitive to our needs, given that with the first property, we had an infant and with the second, we were navigating a sale and purchase (she handled both) and a divorce. She was a total pro though all of it! Christina was part of the second property sale/purchase and she was fantastic too. They did a beautiful job of staging our house for sale and this had a major impact on the eventual purchase price. This team knows what is is doing and does it well!

Buying a home is usually a serious undertaking, especially if it's your first time. We were a little bit under the gun with our first purchase, but Suzanne did a great job showing us houses that were compatible with our needs, and giving us valuable advice when it came to making an offer and then negotiating the terms that led to sealing the deal. Throughout she was attentive and responsive, and her knowledge of the business and the market made for a great experience.

To my surprise, the entire process of viewing homes, sending offers/counter-offers, to processing mountains of paperwork was swift and straightforward, with all documentation done electronically and tagged. She was well versed in the area, which helped narrow our search. I have already recommended her to our friends who are in the market and will ask for her help again when we are ready to move in the future.
