Suzie Marquardt

My father and I went through 2 different real estate agents before we came across Suzie. What first captured our attention with her was her 20 year experience and knowledge of the Las Vegas area and the fact that she was willing to track down properties video record them and have them posted same day. Being out of town buyers his was critical to our new home purchase. After getting to know Suzie we had the complete confidence in her to purchase our home without physically viewing the property. I have heard that Short Sale homes can be a nightmare in most cases, but this purchase went thorough a seamless transition and closed under 60 days. It was simple. And thats what you are looking for in this type of process. Fast, simple with assurity.

My husband and I were in Summerlin in February 2013 looking for homes and were lucky enough to meet Suzie Marquardt outside her office on a Sunday morning (the office was actually closed, but she was meeting a client and asked if she could help us). We exchanged phone numbers, and she ascertained immediately our needs and proceeded to spend two full days with us showing us new home construction and existing homes in Summerlin. Suzie educated us on the Nevada/Las Vegas lifestyle, and quite frankly we became fast friends. They truly provide you with the information and waste little time on showing us something we didn't want! Suzie provided us with shopping, restaurant and general information about the city and State. We were very impressed with her professionalism.

After 6 months of looking for a house with two different realtors (and three failed attempts to buy), we were lucky enough to find Suzie. We knew Suzie was the right realtor for us as soon as we met her; she is welcoming, personable, caring, knowledgeable, and just plain adorable! Suzie is always on top of things, having all the answers to all the questions we didn't even know we had at the time, including questions on homes that had either just been or were just about to be listed. In just three weeks Suzie found us our dream home and we closed a month later. Thank you Suzie!!!

Suzie Marquardt was very professional and knowledgeable about our options. Instead of focusing on the money, Suzie genuinely cared about our interests and the best path for us. She sold our house in 2009 during one of the worst years for real estate for a price that we felt good about. I recommend Suzie as a knowledgeable realtor and a kind and honest individual.

I have worked with Suzie for many years, and I can attest to her work ethic and commitment to her clients. Suzie knows our market very well, and she has the experience to navigate through all aspects of a real estate transaction. In addition to being proactive, Suzie has the best-interest of her clients at heart. Suzie is truly a professional in this industry, and she is held in high regard by her peers and her clients. With Suzie, you know she is going to get the job done right., and she is just a pleasure to work with.

Real Estate Pro Suzie is a mentor and an inspiration to those that she works with. She is always open to assist others with her extensive experience and it is always done with a pleasant and thoughtful disposition. I look forward to working with her more in the future!

When my wife and I decided to purchase a home in Las Vegas we found Suzie through Dave Ramsey and we were very glad we did. Suzie treated us like we were her only client and indulged our every whim in locating the house we now own. She is very knowledgeable of the Las Vegas real estate market and worked very hard to find us the right house even when we weren't sure what the right house was. She was responsive and punctual and our purchase went off without a hitch. In addition, we have since purchased a condo on the strip using Suzie. I have recommended her to another good friend who was looking for real estate in Las Vegas.
