Sylvan is an entrepreneur and investor who for the last 26 years has lived in South Florida, where he has helped to launch several start-up companies. He earned his degree in Computer Programming before going into sales and eventually becoming regional vice president and then president of an international shipping company providing concierge service to his customers worldwide. Now, he at Keller Williams, working with sellers and buyers to facilitate home sales and see transactions through from beginning to end. He is also known as someone who communicates effectively and displays genuine interest in his clients’ needs, operating his business on three principles: integrity, hard work, and creativity. Outside of real estate, he is an Entrepreneur, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Investor, Aviator, and World traveler. A true lover of the outdoors, Sylvan other favorite activities include biking, scuba diving, running, gardening, health and fitness.
