Sylvana is the best! We just closed escrow on our new home last week and we could not be happier with her. Her communication is second to none. We were always in contact whether it was via text, email, or phone. Sylvana made sure all of our bases were covered by scheduling all the home, sewer, and pool inspections that were needed and she was there at the properties for every one of them. This is our third house purchase with Sylvana and we look forward to working with her again.

First time homeowner. We had a smaller budget but a decent downpayment. With the way the housing market is, it seemed all the power went to the sellers and buyers would have to make huge overbids while still saving money for a lot of repairs. It was a long process looking for a property that fit our wants and needs. Sylvana made excellent recommendations, always responded quickly and answered all my questions (some were probablt very silly). My situation was a little complex but she was patient with me. We did lose a few bids on some townhouses but it turned out for the best because we were able to get a wonderful house in a nice neighborhood with good schools and minimal repair costs. Sylvana was always so knowledgeable and willing to advise but never pressured us ever. She was always so kind and professional we will always be so grateful to her for purchasing our home. I would recommend her to not only my friends but all our family if ever they required realtor services. She honestly treated us like family and she was available whenever we needed her whether it be day or night. She would respond to our emails within 15mins.She was so organized and knew exactly what listings were coming up and had all the reports on the home she always went the extra mile to find out little quirks about the home. She was constantly updating our viewing listings and would provide us recommendations about the town. During the offer process we were back and forth she was talking to us up to 10pm willing to listen to our concerns we were sometimes on the phone for an hour and she never made me feel like she was rushed but always appeased our concerns. She has great contacts who are just as competent as her and they get the job done! She really lived the whole experience with us and didn't stop their she was at the title signing with us which was so reassuring and advocated for us every step of the way! She was truly our security blanket and we are so grateful for all she did for us. She truly is exceptional we were so blessed to have found her and honestly believe without her we would not have got our house! Even after the signing she was able to recommended services we may need before we move. You will not regret having her in your corner she was the best!!!

I don't do reviews much but Sylvana is amazing. She helped us sell our old house at a great price and buy our new house in CV, CA all within one week. She is very experienced and knows and understand the WHOLE real estate process including the loan and title process. She's super responsive and always follows up with ALL parties involved: buyer's/seller's side, lender, and title. Plus she has tons of good contacts like stagers and landscapers. She uses e-sign apps and turns around docs super quick. I seriously highly recommend Sylvana to be your agent. You wouldn't regret it.
