Syndi Slaughter did a great job for us throughout the entire process. We wanted to buy a second home and started our search remotely. Using email and phone calls, she helped us narrow down our choices before we arrived into town for a house hunting trip. Once we arrived, Syndi showed us several properties throughout the area that helped our decision process along with providing neighborhood information. When we purchased our property, she guided us through escrow and closing. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the local market and area. Highly recommend!

Syndi, was fairly new as an agent and whatever response she did not know the answer to she retrieved it in a timely manner from her employer and responded to my husband and myself. She is very easy to get in touch with, and great with follow up. If she says she'll do something, she does it. Simple but sadly rare. Syndi is the only agent we'll work with in the Waco area.
