Tage is absolutely wonderful and a joy to work with. My husband and I relocated to the Oregon coast for work and didn't know the area well, so we searched for a realtor online and found Tage. I can't say enough amazing things about him. My husband and I have a somewhat unusual situation with my husband's legal name vs his preferred name, and Tage was nothing but respectful and helpful in navigating those waters. Further, even though the area we were looking to by on the Oregon coast was an hour plus drive for him, he was tireless in finding viable listings and drove out here to show us homes all the time. I really appreciated how dedicated he was to helping us find a house that fit comfortably in our budget and was reasonably close to work...there's not a lot to choose from on the coast, but he found everything there was to find. When we finally did find a home that was perfect for us, Tage was beyond helpful in scheduling inspectors and working with our mortgage broker to ensure the appraisals were scheduled. After the appraisal came back requiring a couple of small repairs to be made to the home, Tage even drove out the house himself to help us fix them. Talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND. Honestly, we consider Tage the first friend we've made out on the coast - he's been so great we almost wish we could keep buying property just to continue working with him! If you are looking for a realtor to be firmly on your side and work tirelessly to get you into your dream home, look no further. Tage is absolutely incredible and I can't recommend him more. This young man has all the right stuff. Being nearly 70 and new to the area house hunting, for me, seemed like a daunting task. I was introduced to Tage and I immediately knew he was going to be special. He listened and understood my needs. He worked hard to find the perfect place for me. I never felt I was being pressured in any way. He was upfront and honest about pros and cons of properties we looked at. A bonus is that Tage is articulate and a great conversationalist. Tage was a real estate rockstar. As a gay Black man, I had concerns when workingwith a real estate agent; I wanted and needed someone who would accept,empathize, and seemingly understand me.
