We had no idea we were buying ourselves a home in Tahoe when we visited last winter. On a Sunday we decided to go check out some open houses for fun. The very first home we walked into was Sarah's open house (not the home we bought). We asked to see what else was on the market so she drove us around for a few hours and showed us our dream home log cabin. Sarah took such great care of us. She was reliable on every level. She communicates with us every step of the way.

I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. I was on a very tight time scale - only in town for 10 days having flown in from overseas. Sarah had a portfolio all ready for me to start viewing. She showed me around 30 properties, some up to 3 times. Within 10 days I had made a number of offers and had chosen the property I wanted to buy. I thought that was where a realtors job finished - but I was so wrong. Sarah has driven the purchase process which was concluded in under 30 days and is still supporting me as I finalise plans for our first visit to our new house since we bought it. For me, concluding the process from overseas could have been difficult - but not with Sarah at the helm. I highly recommend her for her knowledge, professionalism and integrity. Sarah Clark did an excellent job managing both the selling of a condo and buying a house in Incline Village NV. under complex conditions considering the fact that we lived in another state. To make things even more challenging for Sarah we were traveling overseas for a good portion of the time. The home purchase was in a very competitive situation and required quick sale of our condo to make the purchase work. Ultimately the condo sold with 2 offers over asking in less than 3 weeks and both closings wrapped up in less than 60 days.From the start Sarah was aggressive in handing all aspects of the transactions. She developed a detailed timeline that met all of our criteria and tracked the milestones to success. She made herself available for all showing and provided immediate feedback from potential buyers. She developed a list of vendors, contractors and administrative organizations and ensured commitments were met. She was taking our calls at any time of the day or night and responding immediately.She also went above and beyond to provide us with lists of contractors that we needed to both move into the new home as well as out of the condo.
