Absolutely wonderful team!!!! We had a lot of hardship in our life, and was extremely nervous to buy again! Got pushed around by another realtor (just didn't care) Tamara and her team was one in a million. I would/will NEVER buy/sell from anyone but them!!! She was extremely professional!!! Very very on top of things we had found a home and closed in less than a month!!!! We went and seen at least one home a day no matter how busy she was she would always make time for us! Responded so fast! Via text email, phone I mean this woman will put you above everything! Walked me threw absolutely ANYTHING we needed. Answered any questions or concerns we had no matter how important, stressful, stupid, or silly they were... You need a job done they are you team!!! We had our mother's home listed with a different Real Estate Company for 18 months with very few (less than 5) inquiries. After the second contract expired, I decided to find another agent. (Team Longworth sold a different house rapidly in close proximity to mother. My brother noticed how quickly the house sold and gave me their contact information.) From the first conversation Tamara and Bill ever had with us they were extremely helpful, professional and thorough. We had our house for sale by owner when we met them and after a while, decided to list with them instead. Within a few hours of listing our house it started being viewed (a lot) and the first people to view it, bought it. Those buyers and their realtor were extremely rude and hard to deal with but Tamara was always had our back and stood up for us. In the end we got way more out of the experience than a sold home. If we stay in the area we will most definitely use Tamara and Bill (and Drew) again!!!
