My Philosophy is that Real Estate is not a “Sales” business. Real Estate is about “Relationships”. My goal is to build a relationship with my clients to help me understand their specific needs in order to find the “right fit” that meets their criteria. My wide range of experience over the past 35 years includes sales of Homes and Condominiums for both Personal and Investment use, and Vacant Land. I have personal “fix and flip” experience, and I also own rental/investment properties. I work with Buyers and Sellers using creative strategies in this competitive market. I have superior negotiating skills, and write strong Contracts, work hard on overcoming Objections, coach Buyers on the Lending process, the Title process, Property Inspections....everything from start to finish. In my spare time I love to travel, hike, mountain bike, ski, and spend time with my family!
