Tami provided me with personal service beyond belief! She found me exactly what I wanted. I had to do very little, she did it all. Knowing that I was moving, one day she texted me and said that she had moving boxes for me, if I wanted them. And she delivered them to me, at the end of her workday.

She is not only a realtor, but also a home inspector, and an interior designer! I had an inspection done post-purchase, and there was not a single thing she missed during the initial showing and final walkthrough! Based on my desired sales timeframe, Tami put together a schedule for getting the house on the market and made pricing changes based on prospective buyer feedback to lead to a sale by the goal date. That worked very well. Tami has a good knowledge of the market and helping decide what improvements or fixes were needed to prepare for sale, vs. which potential fixes were not necessary. Similarly, she helped with just enough staging to be useful. She used a professional photographer for a good set of photos, including drone, and added a few of mine from different seasons.

Our experience with Tami as a realtor was super!! She had come highly recommended from our 2 daughters that had also previously used Tami as a realtor, so we knew we were in for a great experience. My wife and I moved to Rochester for retirement. We asked Tami Greenslade to help us find a new home. She gave me the impression that she felt honored to help us. To me, this was the first sign of Tami's many fine personality traits. She spent ample time with us on each of our house hunting visits to Rochester. Although we gave her an extensive list of our needs and wants, I knew early on that there must have been a housing shortage in Rochester as there was not many homes on inventory that met our needs. Never the less, there was never a time when I felt pressured by Tami or felt that she was trying to sell us something we did not want. After deciding on a home to purchase, Tami's true professionalism surfaced. The entire process was smooth and painless because of her experience and obvious organization skills. She gave us information to sign up for garbage services, utilities, natural gas services and more. On the day of our final walk through inspection before closing on the home, we found a potential trip hazard with loose carpeting. Tami quickly called a carpet person to address the problem and the carpet was re-stretched by the time we returned from closing. Tami paid the repair person and refused to accept reimbursement from us. Tami left a welcome package on the kitchen counter with gifts, which was unexpected, but really appreciated, because it contain some food items which we ate that night after the moving company left. Tami is a credit to the community. She was one of the first impressions we had in experiencing the people of Southeastern Minnesota.
