When my wife and I started thinking about selling our home, we thought we better start looking at what was out there to buy. Mostly because I didn't want to live in a tent. We ran into Tammie by accident when we started looking. We both thought of Real Estate agents as a evil necessity who would be about selling a house and collecting a check. When we met Tammie we were both surprised. We were immediately amazed at how comfortable we felt. She did what she said she would do, and more, She made sure we understood any answers to our questions. If we weren't comfortable she would She Make sure we were before we went on to the next question. She is a very caring person and doesn't rush you into making any decisions. She went out of her way to make sure things went very smooth and we were ok about everything. If anything, she turned out to be a wonderful person and a really good friend. I can't say enough good things about her, and the way she conducts herself. We were very pleased to find an honest and caring person in the sales industry We won't do anything in Real Estate without her but our side. we would do anything for her and her for us. What a professional realtor! We chose Tammie Mabry as our realtor to help us sell our first home and we are SO happy that we did. From our first meeting until the house closed, she was with us every step of the way and kept us calm and in the loop of what was going on. From listing our home online & in the MLS to social media, she was always on top of getting our house seen by a large audience. She hosted Open Houses and did so many things to make sure they were a success. She works HARD. 2.) She is a Communicator. Whether it was phone calls, e-mails, or the occasional text - she was quick to get back to us, and kept us in the loop with different showings, offers, and phone calls that she was getting from other realtors and potential buyers. 3.) She genuinely cares for her clients. She knows that the home buying/selling process is a stressful one, full of big decisions and stress. She was always kind and honest with us. When we asked her opinion, she would be honest and it was obvious she always had our best interest in mind. We received multiple offers on our home and Tammie was great at explaining the differences between the offers, along with any contingencies and differences in financing. This really helped when making a decision so that we knew the bottom line with each offer. Tammie is the best. We highly recommend her! Tammie is a great agent, she helped us find a house over almost a years time, she didn't give up on us when we got frustrated in this crazy market and stopped looking and was always ready to show us a home when something came up we wanted to see. She also, sold 2 other properties for us, all of this in 3 months time, kept everything in order and made sure things got done. Anything that came up, she handled right away and if she didn't know the answer, she did the footwork and found it. She is warm and friendly, and willing to work for you, not just get the listing. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

We are very pleased with the service Tammie provided to us! I had been looking at homes off and on for about 2 years, but wasnt financially ready to purchase yet. After starting the loan process, Tammie was recommended to us from our mortgage lender. Shortly after the recommendation, I received a phone call from her just letting me know that she was here and if I had any questions with no pressure whatsoever. After a day or two I finally had a chance to talk with her and give her a list of what we were looking for in a home. She sent me a list back of available homes for us to look at. That very same weekend we just happened to run across a home that had just been put on the market, and after driving by to look at it, we were very interested in seeing the rest of the home. We had another function to attend and werent going to be available until later that evening. Tammie offered to show us the home even though we couldnt get there until 8pm on a Saturday night! We spent an hour or so inside looking it over and at the same time Tammie was in touch with the selling agent answering our questions in real time. We fell in love with the home right away and went back the next day and spent more time in and outside. After some discussion with Tammie, we decided to put in an offer on the home. Tammie was on it! After a counter offer came back, we were under contract. Tammie was right on the details the whole way through, and made herself available to me at just about any hour. She made everything go smoothly so we didnt have anything to worry about. She and her husband offered their help in any way they could, even going to the house after closing for carpet measurements when we werent available. Our process was fairly quick, because we knew what we wanted in a home, and by a fair amount of luck happen to stumble upon the perfect place. Tammie had an open house for a property we had come across. My husband and I had worked with 2 different agents in the past and were planning on calling 1 of them when we found something we were interested in. Tammie knocked our socks off immediately. We had questions regarding utility service at this somewhat rural location. She didn't know but went into research mode quickly. She queried the neighbors, called the current owner and then gave us the information and options for things like Propane with the costs. We were floored. We decided we were going to use her for our real estate needs. We ended up buying the property we met her at and she sold the property we were moving from. She was very busy during the time we bought and sold but she somehow managed to get everything done without delay and only a few hiccups that were quickly corrected.
