"I am working with Tammie remotely between states and have no hesitation stating she is an excellent real estate agent. I highly value her attention to client property detail preferences, commitment to finding that perfect property realizing it may take time, her patience, screening abilities, and her responsive and proactive communication. Recently I traveled to the area and spent a couple days exploring specific areas with her to get the background and feel for the communities. She had maps and information about each home and community lined up and ready for me at each step as we explored. It has been a very good experience due to her area knowledge and research on homes. In my opinion, referencing several buyer/seller RE experiences, she is an excellent real estate agent, attentive to preferences, ambient sensitivities, and not willing to compromise on finding the perfect property. The care she provides to the client is based on client preferences and ideals, not a bottom line of sales or dollars and cents.
