Tammy Arute

I would like to thank Rob & Tammy for the exceptional efforts they made in the sale of my home. I built my house in 1995. Being a Trade Professional with five contractors licenses and a State of Connecticut Assistant Building Official Certification my previous home has many features not found in the average home. Rob made a great effort to learn about my home and property features and put together a very good program to sell the property. Through the sale I had many concerns about the property and how the sale was progressing. Rob was always available to discus my concerns and talk them through. I realize now that if I left the complete sale in Rob & Tammy’s hands and just went about my business, the Arute team would have handled the complete process with the same end results. Rob & Tammy are truly Professional in every sense of the word and a pleasure to work with. I recommend the Arute Team to anyone looking for a Trustworthy Professional Home Sale Realtor!
