Tammy English

Tammy is a great agent. She went out of her way to help us find our new home. I would recommend her to anyone who asks. She helped me and my wife find our first home and never pressured us and explained everything to the point we could understand.

Tammy was fantastic to work with. Always available and took the time to know me as a customer. Didn't hesitate to tell me a home was "not for me"! I appreciate greatly the honesty, integrity, and ability to assist, even after I had closed on my home. She still took the time to check in on how the home met my needs. SHE IS GREAT!

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Tammy, from when we first met her during an open house she had a very patient attitude towards us which we appreciate a lot. She seemed to be genuinely engaged with us on what we were looking for and what our plans were. She didn't appear to focus on positives and trying to rush us into a house or anything. A good balance was kept of pointing out potential questionable things while also making sure to pointing out positives. We went at our own pace, and communication was very spot on. It was quite awhile from first meeting her until closing on a house, and sadly she wasn't even able to make it to the walk through of the house we got, as well as the closing! However I'm pretty certain it was our fault, the house had to be jumped on quickly, and our closing was delayed due to us. Regardless she knew her stuff or at least I feel she did, definitely more so than we did being first timers. She answered a lot of our questions and it helped make us more comfortable with the process. In the end we feel that Tammy cared and that's what matters

Tammy English is a great agent! At times we had to have been high maintenance with lots of questions and concerns but she responded quickly and there were no surprises! Tammy did a great job of advising me of what needed to be done to help sell my home. She went above and beyond in helping me get those things done since I was not always available to do them. She knew the market, did a beautiful job of listing the home with pictures and video, and sold the home for the asking price within 30 days. I highly recommend using Tammy as a listing agent.
