We went through Tammy on the sale of our condo in Greenfield. I can not say enough positive things about her as a person and a realtor. She absolutely thrives on negotiations! She got us an offer that was more than we were expecting, and then when it came down to counteroffers, she stood her (our) ground. I consider Tammy a friend for life and would highly recommend her to sell or buy your property. She is always upbeat, friendly, and helpful. I have had other realtors (the one for our new purchase) who act like they "know it all" and have no personality and a "take it or leave it" mindset. Tammy Gorski, is absolutely the best realtor around! I already referred her to some friends and they said that she is everything I said and more! She is not only a professional but also very personable. Even when she took a short vacation, she notified me before hand and gave me her partners info, so I wouldnt miss anything that came on the market. While she was on vacation, a property came up and I text Tammy, and asked if I should wait to see it, since she was going to be back the next day. She said she already contacted her partner before I called her and her partner was setting up a showing! I couldnt believe how on top of things Tammy was.
