I approach real estate a bit differently than most agents because of my technology and marketing background. I got into using technology in the late 1980s and jumped into it with both feet! Today, I embrace the use of complex tools that allow me to (a) find properties for buyers that aren't available on the open market - aka "off market properties" and (b) reach more potential buyers for home sellers - by specializing in reaching those for whom the home is an ideal fit and therefore more likely to pay a premium price. Often, that means reaching out-of-area buyers who are looking to purchase a permanent home in Pinellas county or those who are looking to buy a vacation or part-time second home.
