I'd highly recommend Tammy to be your real estate agent for buying a home. In a sellers market with less inventory, it is too difficult for a buyer to get the right home at the right price. Plus, if you are a first time buyer, you wouldnt be aware of the market, real estate process etc. Working with Tammy helped us get the right home at the right price. She knows about real estate really well. She knows what to look for in a house. She took care of the entire process finding the right home, getting the right inspectors, getting the repairs done in the house after inspection, helping me understand about the real estate process, and doing whatever is needed. She responds very quickly and is very reliable. You dont need to think twice if Tammy is your agent. Id work with her for any future real estate needs.

Tenacious and Persistent... My son and I recently acquired a home under the Homepath program. The REO was less than responsive and the process was very frustrating. Tammy made sure that we did not lose faith in the process, encouraged us to go for the home we really wanted and assisted in getting documents including extensions in a timely manner so as to not lose the contract. She was great. Up to that point, we looked at several homes that met our criteria. She seemed genuinely excited when she saw a home that she would refer to as "...this is you guys." In the end, after nine months - we closed on the house we wanted. Other agents would have given up a long time ago. We are very appreciative.

Our entire experience with Tammy and her office manager Amanda was amazing. We had a LONG process involving multiple offers and contracts and ended up happy customers as promised.
