Tamra Coulter

Tamra starts off with setting a meeting with you so you can get to know each other and then she finds what you are looking for in a home and she lists our next steps. She is extremely knowledgeable in her industry and she is very skilled with working with VA loans. She is so great to work with. Her personality is very fun and happy. She is always willing to go that extra mile for you and if you have any questions she will always help answer them. I am so glad I found Tamra, she helped me + my husband find the perfect home. She is an advocate for her clients and will make sure no one is taking advantage of you. I highly recommend her, if you are a first time buyer, veteran, or experienced in home buying.

We loved working with Tamra. She was our selling agent and worked hard to get our home sold quickly. Timing was important to us and she hit every deadline and met every expectation we had. We couldn't have gotten better service from anyone. She took the time to help us through the process and answer all of our questions. We felt she always had our best interest in mind. Tamra knows what she's doing and we would highly recommend her to anyone!

Ms. Coulter is an amazing agent. You can't go wrong! She is an expert in her field! I can't even tell you how much work she has put in to helping us find a home already. While she has yet to earn dime one from us, Tamra has been fully invested in helping pave the way for us into Summerlin. She is already more reliable and more considerate than most of my relatives! In a market full of flakes, she is a gem! THANK YOU!!!

She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She kept us informed every step of the way. She listed the house and we had a full price offer on the same day. She made an otherwise stressful process a piece of cake. I offer her my highest recommendation. Anyone out there in Vegas looking to sell (or buy) a home, Tamara is simply THE best
