When we were first time homebuyers in 2004 Tania sold us our cute little condo. 10 years and 2 kids later we called her to sell it and help us find something bigger. My experience with Tania has been wonderful. Very professional, fast, and I have no regrets. I would give her all the way to 10, 11, 12 stars. I recommend her if you want to buy or sell your house. I didn't know her when my daughter in law recommended her but I made the right choice.

Tania was a godsend! When my elderly aunt and uncle needed to sell their duplex in the city I called her and she handled everything from start to finish. I have a few friends in real estate just like everyone else but I'm so glad I chose her. My aunt and uncle were first time sellers in their 80s so they needed quite a bit of hand holding which she did. The deal closed successfully despite some health problems and a few other bumps in the middle of it all. I recommend Tania to other family and friends all the time!
