Tania Michaels started her real estate career in the mortgage industry, quickly rising to become one of the nation’s top loan originators. In the early 2000's, the second largest land developer in Las Vegas recruited her for land acquisitions, where she bought and sold over 2,000 acres of land, closing more than $215M in transactions. Working with in-house planners, zoning attorneys, and engineers, Tania mastered complex land transactions.
