Provided Service Above and Beyond My ExpectationsI was referred to Tania Russo by my NY best friend for whom she was managing a property. I moved from Arizona to Florida and really had no idea of where I really want to land.Tania suggested renting a condo in a golfing community till I got my bearings. Which was the best of advice so that I could get my furniture out of storage (save some monthly payments) and have it brought to Florida. The apartment was ideal, it was a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, 1700 sq. ft and amply spacious to accommodate all my belongings. The apartment needed some improvements, painting, minor repairs and window treatments; Tania handled it all and got the owners to pay for it. So I was settled and happy. By now she now knew me quite well we looked at exactly 2 condo units on the Intracoastal, one was an estate sale. She took care of everything negotiated very successfully for a reduced price, helped me with the financing and closing and even correcting a legal address Title problem with the county. I am now blessed, as I awake to an incredible Marina and Sunrise over Singer Island and a view of the widest waterway in North Palm at a beautifully secure gated community.
