Tanja Anderson

Tanja helped us buy our home three years ago so we contacted her when we were ready to sell. We could not have been more disappointed. She lacked communication with us, especially as we drew closer to closing and we were running into issues. We do not feel like she represented us with fidelity, in fact, at one point she refused to communicate until we got an attorney. This is not acceptable. As our agent, she should have represented us and had our best interest in mind. She tried to convince us we had to sell our home at an appraisal that came in lower than contract price and would not help us with negotiation. That is just one example of her unethical performance. The business day before closing we had not heard from her in almost a week, so we scheduled the closing ourselves. She didn't even show up for closing, which is just despicable considering we deserved her assistance in the final step and she was receiving funds for her services. These are just a couple of the problems we ran into but I encourage you to think twice before you use her for your real estate needs.
