There was a home that had been on the market for quite awhile and the homeowners needed to sell it then decided if they could fine someone to rent it to make their mortgage payment it would help them out. We had already been in contact with Tanya and she knew we were wanting to buy but would rent for the time being. She called the homeowners and gave us a good reference as being responsible and trustworthy, so they rented the house to us from February to May when we could close on it! Tanya was very professional, efficient, and punctual. She made our buying experience very pleasant!

Tanya went above and beyond to help us find a house. Didn't matter if it was her listing or one we found. She always made time to show it. Gave advice and directed us thru the process. She even scanned documents that the lender was having trouble receiving clearly.Friendly personable and by the end of the process you will feel like she's a friend.
