This is the second time I use Tanya as my realtor and she has done a fabulous job from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. Was a pleasure to work with her and will definitely be contacting her again for our next home purchase.

Tanya was great to work with. She made time to do showings with me on three consecutive weekends on short notice. Tanya had a good understanding of the type of home I was looking for and made recommendations on properties to view that I hadn't considered. Once it came time to make an offer, she gave me guidance on what to offer in order to get a home in a very tough buyer's market. Tanya is the only realtor we will ever use or trust. We just bought our new home with her help and will be entrusting the sell of our old home to her as well in the coming days. She was awesome! She's quick to show you what you are looking for and while walking through the houses she was excellent to notice the details in the home of what needs to be inspected or repaired, she has a remarkable memory to listen to what your feedback is on certian properties and tailor your next showings to your needs and preferences without wasting your time on properties that may not be what your wanting. Plus, she's very good about being loyal to you and texting you or calling back quickly if you have concerns or questions along the way.

Tanya Endicott is literally the best Realtor out there. I had been looking for a home with other realtors for months and then I met Tanya and bam she got me the home I wanted. I am a veteran so I used the VA loan and even though the VA threw many obstacles our way, Tanya was able to succeed and get me my home. She is amazing.
