She would talk with us after a showings until we had asked every question we could think of. She responded to all communications quickly (even while she was on vacation). And I especially loved that she was practical and family oriented when it came to showings, she wouldnt show us something just completely out of our budget or anything in an unsafe area. When it came to putting an offer on a house she was knowledgeable and strategic in how much, when and what to ask for (or not) on the side to ensure our offer was accepted.We purchased our home in Woods Cross and we couldn't be happier! They made my first ever home buying experience one to remember and stress free! Being that the property is in White City, I thought it was going to be super stressful, but I was super wrong. Due dates cant be missed, but fear not everyone let me know what was needed with plenty of time. I was super relaxed and was kept up to date with everything I needed to know as well as all the work I had to put in. Everyone is super nice and down to earth, never felt like I was being taken advantage or pulled/pushed. Overall really satisfied with my home buying experience and will DEFINITELY go through them again when I buy my second house!
