Tara Byrnes

Tara has tenacity, exceptional attention to detail, superb negotiation skills and really thinks of everything to make it happen. She knows the market and how to navigate the process with ease. We will most definitely use her again!

Hands down the best! This is the 2nd home we purchased with Tara as our Realtor and she is THE BEST realtor we have ever worked with!

Tara exceeded our expectations on every level! We had a tricky situation with our home buying experience and Tara pulled us through and was probably the ONLY reason it worked out. I highly recommend her.

Tara gets it. She has a remarkable ability to come up with creative solutions to any problems that arise during the process. I would attribute Taras success to her incredible work ethic and attention to detail. More importantly she has a passion for real estate and making every house a dream home for her clients.

Tara is the most compassionate and caring realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with while buying our first home. Thank you for going above and beyond even after closing on our home.

"Tara is a true professional! She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and went above and beyond for us during the process. Working with Tara was an amazing experience. She helped us navigate the crazy Denver market, which we were not familiar with. I would use Tara again and would highly recommend her!!!"

My husband and I have purchased 4 homes over the past 20 years and Tara is easily the best realtor we have ever had the fortune to work with on the purchase of our new home. We were moving from AZ, so communication was critical in finding not only the right house, but getting the house after we found it. Needless to say, she was amazing for the entire process and I really don't think we would have made it here without her. I would recommend her to anyone, especially someone moving to Colorado from out of state. There were many times in the process we felt unsure and Tara was always there with encouragement and guidance. She is professional, tenacious, helpful and just an amazing person. If you are looking for a new home, you want Tara for your realtor.Nicole and Marc. If I could give Tara higher than 10 on all of the categories above I would. You are very lucky to have her on the CHR team. Just an amazing experience with her.
