The time Tara put into the marketing of our home was impressive. She had a contract within a couple of weeks with a solid closing date. Tara also sold my daughters house where her negotiation skills provide a contract in three days after the listing contract was signed and with an out of town buyer who did not complete a walk through before signing a contract. Tara was able to reach out to a relator that she new in Sarasota that helped us find a condo, execute a contract and close within a short period of time. She looked after all of the real estate issues, all we had to do was pack and unpack boxes. The hole thing went quite smooth. On a scale of 1 to 10 she's a 12.

Tara was a blessing with selling my house.Tara came up with a strategy and discussed it with me and put her plan into motion and sold my house in 3 days.Tara handled all questions by buyers and updated me by phone and email daily to keep me in loop she did this until the day I signed the papers.
