Tara is professional, knowledgeable, & attentive. She knows Northern Colorado well as she has lived in the area for more than 20 years. She has quick response times to all types of communication & explained the process in terms I could understand. What I really liked was her style of sharing information & giving me the “why” along with the “how” during the transaction, when applicable.
