2005- We would like to take a moment to let you know how pleased we are with our real estate agent, Tasha Currie. We have moved many times in the past, built and purchased and sold several homes. Coming from TN, this has been our cross country move and has proven to be by far the toughest. The bright spot on our move however was Tasha. Our previous experiences with real estate agents had been lukewarm at best and had left us somewhat jaded. Counting back to our first house, we've had 11 agents serving as either buyer or seller agents, Tasha being the 12th. That said this is the only time I've written an agents broker to commend that agents performance and service. Tasha listened, answered all of our questions in a professional manner. July 2013- In this market where houses can go fast with multiple bidders, you need a knowledgeable and confident professional who can both explain the market and price trends and who can also be aggressive in representing you in a purchase. In my experience, being kind and knowledgeable isn't enough right now--You need a real estate agent who can also be assertive and "fight" to represent you. We saw that rare mix in Tasha during another house we were looking into and we knew we needed her on OUR side! And we couldn't be more pleased with our decision.
