Taylor is one of the best realtors I have worked with hands down. He is very attentive and was always quick to respond with any questions I had while selling my home. He made all the arrangements throughout the process, i.e pictures, open house, showings, inspections. I had multiple offers just after 3 days of my home being on the market. Several of which were over my asking price which was already on the high side to begin with. I thought the selling process would be a lot more difficult, but Taylor and his team over at Florida Exclusive Living made it very easy and seamless. Not only did he sell my home but he was also able to find me the best rental in a very tough rental market. I will not be going to anyone but Taylor and Florida Exclusive Living for future real estate needs.

Taylor Ratzel is a lifesaver. I was in the need to find somewhere to live very quickly and if anyone knows the housing market right now, they know that there is almost no inventory.
