With me relocating from Seattle, buying a home in Florida, our time zones are 3 hours apart, I was impressed when we communicated at 6 p.m. my time zone, which was great because it was after work for me, but it was 9:00 p.m. in her time zone. Tehl is a GREAT real estate professional! I consider her mature beyond her years. She is always professional in her decorum and willing to put forth discretionary effort to help her clients. In our recent purchase of an investment property in Fort Lauderdale, we had a booking on VRBO for the day after our closing. Being out of state, we could not be onsite to ensure everything was setup for the tenant. Tehl offered to do a walk through, even cleaned, purchased needed items for the unit, picked up flowers, and wrote a welcome letter to the tenant. Everything to make them feel welcome. My wife and I recommend Tehl!
