I've bought and sold dozens of properties in my lifetime and worked with countless two estate agents, some are good, a lot are bad, but only a few a great. Teia Golden is better than that. I have hired her to find me two properties and sell another. She really spent a ton of time to find me exactly what I wanted. Then went way above and beyond what any agent would do and researched HOA rules, future development rules, community plans, etc... to help me understand what my long term plan should be.On the selling side she really spent the money and got behind properly marketing the property in the right channels, all of which got me the dollar amount that I wanted. Negotiations were a breeze and he recommendations were always on point.I always recommend the use of an agent to sell and purchase a property, but I enthusiastically recommend you hire the best, and the best in the business hands down, is Teia Golden.

I'm only sorry 5 stars is not reflective of the assistance you receive with Teia Golden. I have dealt with numerous realtors in the last 20 years, and Teia is absolutely phenomenal! I am completely impressed with the results she produced. I am amazed at her process in the sale of our home. From being to completion she made this simple. Her attitude was positive and reassuring. Everything she said, was spot on! I know we weren't her only client, but it felt like it. Central Idaho, you will not find a better realtor. We were very fortunate to have her! I will always be grateful.
