If there was one word to describe my experience with Tenny , it would be sensational. My husband and I have purchased many homes throughout the years, in Texas, NY and Arizona. The attention to detail, and and synergy these two posse as partners makes buying a home a walk in the park. As an engineer I require even the smallest of details to be understood. With Tenny every detail of the process is explained while providing the facts to back it up. She saved us money, by hiring third party service providers of high value, that didnt come at the price youd expect to be paying. The contractor that came in detected that the water heater was close to breaking, which saved us nearly $15,000 in Request for Credit. Also, there was a drainage issue that I dont think we would have determined had we used another realtor. They were solid in requesting a drainage check (which cost us $300), but they detected a $10,000 fix that was also paid by the seller. This could have backed up our entire bottom level floor. I highly recommend Tenny.

Tenny Crawford is an outstanding real estate agent. She was our listing agent and did an amazing job. The marketing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home paid off. She recommended we have an open house the first day the home went on the market and this resulted in an offer the first week the listing was on the MLS. She was great in the negotiation process and we were able to close in a short timeframe with the initial offer.
