I highly recommend Terence for buying or selling your home. The experience is wonderful and he is great to work with in all aspects. He was able to get a contract on my house I was selling writhing one day! Took the time and care to help me buy another house. Definitely a high quality experience with Terence.

Terence helped me sell two houses and purchase two houses and I could not be happier with the service. He could answer all my questions and was very patient with me during the purchasing process (we looked at 100 houses before settling on one). Additionally, he helped immensely when I sold my house, giving much needed advice for preparing my house. He was also very thorough when he researched the market to determine the list price. My house sold in 30 days and I got exactly what I listed it for. I will definitely use him again.

My wife and I have had 2 great experiences with Terence. He listed and sold my Wife's house right before we got married and then listed and sold our house when we made the move to the Orlando area. I know for our house it was sold at the listed price and if I remember correctly so was my wife's. Both houses were not on the market long, I think less than 30 days. Terence's knowledge of the digital listing process I felt really made the time on the market very short. He was continuously in contact with us every step through the listing and sales process. Seriously, a 5-star rating doesn't do for me when it comes to describing how excellent Terence as a person and a realtor is. In 2016 we sought out to sell our home; referral from our sister in-law. I had a simple request that our new owners will love our home as much as we did that our house will sell for top $. Terence Richardson negotiated the best deal for us, my asking price, a steal deal on closing cost, a perfect date for moving...etc. When it came to purchasing the new home he went to battle for us. In all, my most and best moment in the transaction deal was when he suggested a certain loan officer; mind you I was so very tired of submitting documents I didn't want to switch. He didn't pressure, but glad we did. While our previous loan officer was offering in the mid 4%, Terence's guy offered us lower 3% rate. Our experience with this awesome Realtor was a memorable one.
