We had an amazing experience working with Teresa! She is smart, funny, very knowledgeable and best of all, she really cares about her clients. Teresa was always quick to respond and make herself available to us. She had a good understanding of what we were looking for and showed us lots of great options in our price range. We ended up moving quickly on a house that we fell in love with, and Teresa was on top of it the entire time. Her knowledge of the market and resourcefulness was critical in the transaction. She gave us very wise counsel and we never felt pressured in any way. We don't live in the area and she made sure to walk through every step with us and ensure that all went well and every detail was covered. I would definitely work with Teresa again and would highly recommend her.

Teresa was absolutely fabulous with my Real Estate transaction. Selling a home can be very stressful, and she made it very easy. I never had to call her to find out how a showing went, she always called me first. Teresa made me feel like I was her only client, and had great and creative ideas on how to market my home. Teresa is the best! We were searching for our second house as investment property and she quickly understood the type of home we were looking for - locality, rooms, built, feel etc. She helped us get our first home too!! Then she showed us houses which we immediately fell in love with. We were quickly able to finalize our house once we had decided on which one we wanted. She helped us in each and every step. I dont often give anyone/anything a 5 Star review but in this case it is well deserved. We recently had them list our house and help find us a new home. They did a fantastic job marketing and pricing the home we were selling, including tips on staging. They handled the negotiations expertly - there were no hiccups like weve experienced before when we sold. The same holds true for the home we bought. They showed up a lot of homes, narrowing down the size and type of home we were looking for. We had a few issues with our lender but they stepped up and went to bat for us, making sure our closing and moving dates were met. Was buying and selling a home at the same time stressful? Yes it was but the professionalism of the Goelzer Home Team helped relieve the stress. Thank you Chad and Teresa and all of your team. You have some very happy customers.

We weren't even in the market to buy a home, but ran across a listing that had everything we wanted. If it wasn't for the Goelzer team's responsiveness, we wouldn't have been able to view the property and make an offer within 24 hours of seeing it on Zillow. They even helped provide contacts for us to put together a financing package immediately (on a Sunday!). Attentive throughout the process and community/family oriented... That customer service has remained even after closing.
