You could not do better than have Teresa Fuller for your real estate agent she is just simply the best at what she does! We have bought and sold several houses in LA and before we met Teresa we had no idea what a good broker looked like. This woman is kind and attentive and extremely detailed oriented. From our first meeting when she set up a Marketing Plan and schedule down to the tremendous photographs, video and website she provided an amazing web presentation. I can't say enough good things about her professionalism and her ability to organize the small village it takes to sell a house she brought us, a curb appeal expert, window washer, professional photographer and videographer. She also throws a killer broker party- with a taco truck and is helpful and knowledgeable of all the latest needs of a seller and buyer! If you are looking for the best agent, look no further Teresa is the right person for the job!

Teresa is an excellent listing broker. Her confidence and positivism won me over right away, but her preparation prior to our initial meeting sealed the deal. That focus and work ethic continued at all points in the process. Teresa had my best interest in mind at all times and used every resource at her disposal to get the most money for my home. I will use her again and will recommend her to everyone I know. Getting my home ready for sale was difficult for a variety of reasons, (kids at home, pets, control issues!!) and I was resistant to certain advice Teresa had about preparing my home for the market. She made it as easy as it possibly could have been and did a lot of that work herself with her team of workers. She was not afraid to assert herself even if we had doubts and expressed resistance regarding removing certain furnishings or doing other things she suggested. It was clear she is very much wanted to do things well and get the best result. At the end now, I feel that she was 100% on target with her advice and always focused on doing the very best job for me. She is a true professional and exceeded my very very high expectations.

Teresa is exceedingly professional and makes the whole process of selling your home stress free. Her experience is obvious from the guidance she gives you and the results she gets. I would fine it hard to recommend anyone else if you are buying or selling a home.

I'm thrilled to write this review about Teresa Fuller. I've bought and sold a number of houses, and Teresa was by far the most impressive agent I've worked with. Indeed, I interviewed a number of agents for my most recent sale in Altadena, which closed in August 2017, all of whom were very seasoned agents serving the Altadena market. However, Teresa was very different. She came uber-prepared to explain (and show me) exactly what her marketing plan was. I was also impressed with her background which included starting her own telephone company. She appeared the most knowledgeable of the latest marketing techniques, something I think I'm keenly in a position to evaluate since i'm a marketing lawyer and have seen a lot of marketing in my career. And she did not disappoint. She delivered on every promise and then some! She did an amazing job marketing the property from the incredibly-beautiful brochure to the followup. Another thing I think particularly unique about her in addition to her marketing savvy, was her almost-savant-like ability to pick the right listing price. She didn't oversell me on anything that couldn't be delivered, but she also didn't assume that the market wouldn't bare the highest possible price. Based on what I saw in sales results, she hit it out of the park. I love my house and I think it was worth every penny, but without her, I don't think buyers could have appreciated that. Another thing, among many things, I loved about her is her willingness to answer all my questions (I'm someone who needs to know everything). She was always incredibly patient and kind. Moreover, she navigated negotiations beautifully, never taking the easy way out to close the deal. Needless to say, I highly recommend her.

Teresa Fuller is an outstanding person and real estate agent. She is extremely intelligent, capable, trustworthy, diligent, professional, and communicates very effectively. She is flexible and savvy and can successfully navigate challenging circumstances. She is also adept at working with people across a range of age groups. Most of all, Teresa is a very decent person with a lot of integrity. Teresa, we can't thank you enough!
