Teressa spent hours driving me from house to house so I could see everything. Since I live in valley and was buying 2 hours north it was worrisome that things wouldn't be done for closing without me driving up but she took care of everything she could! She was awesome!

We decided to pursue a home in the Heber/Overgaard area in the summer of 2017. We were referred to Teressa and were very grateful for the opportunity for her to represent us. She was very attuned to our needs and desires and strived to find what we wanted in a second home! After viewing at least 30 homes over a month we realized that our first home viewed was the one. The seller and their agent were less then pleasant to work with and Teressa remained professional and on-track throughout the transaction. Our primary residence is in Glendale, AZ and Teressa made the buying process extremely easy and she practiced due diligence and facilitated the entire process! It is difficult to find the words to describe Teressa. Yes, very professional. She was on top of every concern, every deadline. She knew how much we wanted this purchase and she did everything to make that happen. In addition, she went so far above and beyond. She helped us with every tiny little question about the local community, vendors, contractors, handymen, etc. She was not only a realtor, she was a friend.
