And after the close, Teri doesnt disappear, rather, Teri says involved and has provided every phone number of every service required including setting up meetings with contractors and service professionals to get some changes made after the close. Teri has made this purchase by far the easiest, most fun and rewarding of any purchase I have ever made. I highly recommend Teri, she is by far, the best in the business.

This lady is fantastic!!! I used her as a agent in 2012 to purchase a condo. In 2024 I used her again to sell that condo. In 2025 I used her again to sell another condo. She went way above and beyond by assisting me in upgrading the units . The condos included some new paint and appliances which made the unit sell great. I feel like she always got me top of the market including listing price on the 2025 sale. You will not find anyone better. She is the best.
