I had the pleasure of working with Teri Hanson before her career change to real estate. So when I heard she was a real estate agent there was no question I wanted her to list my house. She responded very quickly to every question I had and she gave me great advice on how to stage my home, She priced it right for the market and had an offer on the 1st day which ended up with a bidding war and Teri guided me through the process smoothly. She is very patient and has a great sense of humor. I was buying a condo at the same time and she showed me at least 30 different units over several towns. I found a condo on my own through sale by owner and I was afraid to let her know after all I put her through. But she just smiled and said the experience was great and gave her an opportunity to see more of the market. Teri works VERY hard for her clients and truly has a passion for real estate. I plan on retiring to Florida in 5 years and will definitely be calling Teri again.
