Teri Kelly

I had to give this young lady a 5, because she goes above and beyond. Ifound her on Facebook and her genuine spirit spoke to me, which allowedme to take a chance on her assistance finding me a home when I didn'tknow who she was or had any references to go on. She not only found mea home below my price range, Its in a great quite neighborhood right offthe water, and being from Chicago, I was used to and needed to see watereveryday I awakened. If you have doubts about going forward with thisyoung lady, throw them away, because you will not be disappointed, and Ipersonally was satisfied from the beginning to the very ending process ofmy purchased transaction. I say go for it!!!

Teri was amazing! Our house was a tough sell...great house, not so greatneighborhood. She helped us through 3 contracts before the final sale andthen after helping us find the perfect house to buy, stuck with us while wedealt with the WORST finance company and multiple closing delays. Shestayed in constant contact and communicated on our behalf multiple times. We can't say enough about her except to say that as long as she's workingin Pinellas, she will be the ONLY realtor we work with or recommend! Shestarted as our realtor, we ended up great friends.

Teri is wonderful to work with. I hadn't dealt in real estate for over 30years. When it was time downsize....I was like a deer caught in headlights.Teri walked me through every step. Every question was addressed withsincerity. She cared about this new change in my life. I am veryappreciative to her. I would highly recommend her and when its time for meto start to dabble in real estate again...Teri will be the only one I call.
