With only two showings, Teri sold our home in less than 2 days for full price a week before Christmas. She also negotiated an excellent price on the condo we wanted, and coordinated the closings same day "back to back". The transition was as smooth as silk. We cannot recommend Teri highly enough. Teri sold my home quickly and for full price. I was just married and we needed a larger home for us. Teri is super friendly. She really cares about your needs and is well grounded to the Atlanta home buying landscape which is important to all relocating families. We were so new to Atlanta and Teri helped us explore neighborhoods, schools, restaurants, and communities. Teri will share with you all she knows and will always get you an answer on anything she is not sure about. Teri sent us invites and links to community events, festivals, churches, children's events, farmers markets etc. She is super responsive!
