Terra was very receptive from the first time I texted her. I had lots of questions and didn't know if I could even buy a home. She told me to email or text her anytime I had a question and to not wait to ask. I really felt valued and that I mattered. It turned out I could not purchase quite yet, but Terra still showed me a few vacant homes so that I could get a better idea of what I wanted and what I could afford. Even though I can't purchase for a few more months, she still stays in contact and reaches out to see how the family and kids are. I strongly recommend Terra.

I am very picky and wanted what I wanted. When I wanted to list my home, Terra spent time with me and got to learn about me, my family and our home. She knew that the home meant a great deal to me as it was my childhood home, and that selling was very emotional. She was very caring and not pushy at all, but also was that voice of reason that I needed. I felt validated through a very hard time in my life. We ended up selling our home after only a few days on the market and I could not be happier. It has been almost a year since we sold, and she has reached out several times to see how we are. I feel like I have a new friend. If I was to buy a home in the area again, I would definitely reach out to her.
