We recently worked with Terrey on the purchase of a new home and sale of our home and our experience with her was beyond frustrating. For an agent who has been in the business for as long as she has (30 some years) she is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. We ran into several instances where she didn't remember details we had discussed, she was extremely lazy and was hesitant to do even the most simple tasks, and she ended up losing us almost $75,000 on the sale of our home because she wasn't knowledgeable about the current market and what price range we should have been listed in. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond do do whatever it takes to sell your house, do yourself a favor and find another agent.
