Terri was more of a partner in my home buying experience. She went above and beyond in regards to helping me complete all stages of the buying process. Selling our home and finding one to buy was an incredible roller coaster ride, however with Terri on our side it was much easier.Terri is incredibly dedicated to you as a client with your best interests first and foremost. Maybe at times she wasn't telling us what we wanted to hear, but before long we realised she was protecting us every step of the way.Her knowledge of processes and negotiating skills were second to none. When something didn't seem quite right with her, she would leave no stone unturned to reveal the truth which always benefited us. I am speaking from experience as this was the fifth time in three different states that we have purchased or sold a home.I can't give Terri enough praise for her dedication, respectfulness, and sense of fair play that resulted in her selling our home and helping us get the home we wanted. I think any other realtor would have run away screaming, Terri stuck with us through it all and for that we are forever grateful!

Terri is very professional and always ready for help. She has good judgment and clear vision for the market trends , therefore she can give pretty good advices.
