    • My wife, Susie, and I want to endorse and recognize Terri Seignious for the outstandingwork she performed by selling our home in a steadily declining Charleston housingmarket in 2017.Our house had been on the market for 12 months with another luxury home real estatecompany and had not received a single offer. We decided to switch to Terri for a freshstart and we were knew immediately that we had made a great decision having Terri asour realtor. She sold our house in 3 months. It was the only house to sell in ourdevelopment in a 15 month period. We could not have been happier with her attitude and professionalism. My wife and Iboth feel that we would have sold our house much sooner if Terri had been the realtorfiom the beginning.I would hope that anyone who is looking for a top level realtor will heed our advice.Look no further. Select Terri as your realtor and your house will be sold in short orderfor a price you will be happy to receive. Feel free to call us if you would like to verifL orknow more about our selling experience with Terri Seignious.

    • Subject: Referral of Terri SeigniousI am pleased to offer an enthusiastic recommendation of Terri Seignious as a realestate broker. As a client of hers in 2006 sebg a downtown historic home in Charleston, S.C. I wasimpressed with Terri's aptitude for business and have outlined some areas that I feelmight be of interest to anyone lookiug to employ her as their broker.Professionalism: Terri is a consummate professional in both demeanor andexecution of her business. She has an excellent grasp of the business aspects of realestate including the challenges of pricing, marketing and overcoming buyer'sobjections.Presentation Skills: I had the opportunity to interview a number of high end salesagents in my search for a listing agent and company. She is engaging and confidentwhich I knew would help me with prospective buyers and other agents. Sherecognized the strengths of my property and was obviously good at point them out.Personal Drive: After years of being in management I have come to appreciate andrecognize the desire to succeed. Terri has it and uses it to put forth her best efforts inselling her clients properties. She is adept at tempering her intensity and demeanorto match the situation. She is affable, approachable and comfortable with even themost difficult customers. I knew this would be beneficial in dealing with otheragents and their clients.I was pleased with her service, her marketing and understanding of our time frame. Iwould hire again and recommend that anyone looking for a broker do so if you wantreal results.

    • To Whom It May Concern:Terri has been absolutely amazing to work with! She truly knows the lay of the land in the Low Country region and her reputation as an "Equestrian Real Estate Specialist" goes without saying. We wanted to purchase a home where we could have our horses on our property and we had no idea where to begin. We are not from the area and we relied on her so much to help us navigate the lay of the land. The part of our story that is so amazing is that I had not had the opportunity to meet Terri in person when our search began (I was still in Ohio). We had a few brief conversations regarding what we were interested in, price range, etc. and the plan was for us to meet and really tailor our list so she could start the initial search for us. My husband happened upon a property on a Friday as he was "surfing the net." We called Terri right away and within 48 hours, she and my husband were in the home. Relying on Face time with my husband and Terri, I knew instantly that this was the home for us. I could tell by Terri's voice and her comments that this property was not one that we would want to slip away...and she was right! When I finally did get to meet Terri, (a little before our closing), I felt like I was chatting with an old friend. Terri is so knowledgeable about equestrian properties and our relationship with her did not stop at our closing. She has continued to be so gracious in providing us with contacts and resources as we start the process of adding a barn to our property. She is very well connected in the area and I am finding as I meet people that she is very well respected in the real estate and equestrian circles. I can't say enough good things about her! She has truly helped make my transition from Ohio to SC so much easier!

    • Dear Sir or Madam:Please be advised that in the 1' half of this year I had the fortunate opportunity to use thereal estate services of Ms. Terri Seignious of Charleston. I have known Terri personallyfor quite a few years and can sum up a remarkable aspect of her nature in oneword.. ."tenacitym. She applies it in her business career to the same degree she does in herpersonal life, which is considerable.I am no stranger to real estate agents in that I have spent 35 years in the real estatedevelopment business. I have met and worked with hundreds, both residential andcommercial, and I have developed a sense of what separates the "good" agents fiom the"great" ones. It's the spark.. .the desire, and she's got it.The sale of my home was a complicated mess, from both personal and physical issues. Itwas worth approximately $1,500,000. In a market where the average list-to-contract timewas 8 to 9 months, Terri organized the marketing, advised and organized the repairs, andput the home under contract in a little over 60 days. She followed up on every detail andhad no qualms about "pushing" the various parties when it came time to push.to you wholeheartedly. If you want to getWilliam H. Harrison, Jr.
