Terry would never let a question go unanswered. No matter what time of day. We met with her just to get the house buying process going. We told her we saw a house We really liked and that same day we were able to tour it. She is externally knowledgeable of the price wars that have been going on and that the house we were looking at and eventually purchased what not worth top dollar for the condition it was in. She let us know about any new listing that would come up in our price range. She knows the Savannah area like the back of her hand. An All around great person. We have recommended her to people who are also looking in our area. And we will continue to recommend her.
