Terry is the Realtor you can trust, highly recommended. We dealt with one buyer agent and a few seller agents before Terry. The buyer agent was terrible, what she did was telling us that the house we were interested in was hot, and pushing us to raise the price, but hiding some key information about the house until we found out after close, even we had explicitly asked. The first seller agent we had was only telling us that our house was hot and there were a lot of shows, but no any offer, not even one after hundreds of shows, and nothing to improve except keeping on lowering the price. And finally the house was back to us with lots of dust, cobweb, and unpleasant smells. Another agent recommended by our friends was so "professional" that she won't do anything before we signed the contract with a ridiculously low price. Then we decided to find a Realtor ourselves. We read a lot of reviews and performance data at various websites, and Terry was the one we finally picked. He did some homework, found out the selling point of our house and came up with a plan, suggested a price quite reasonable. We trusted him and followed his suggestions. Yes, our house was still very hot, but this time, it was real. We received an offer in the first week the house was listed. Terry did everything very efficiently and effectively. He cared about the house, once he checked the house even before we noticed that there was a hard rain in the area and lots of properties were flooded. He kept us posted for every issue during the closing process, and suggested what to do. All his suggestions seemed very reasonable, and he explained to us for issues we might be confused about. From my point of view, he was even more professional than the lawyer we had for closing. All in all, Terry is very reliable, and he is the Realtor to trust.
