Recently my wife and I purchased a house that Terry had listed under Harry Norman Realtors. Like all older houses there were a few things that needed to be fixed before we purchased the house. The day before the closing we noticed the electrician removed a functioning light in the living room and replaced it with a gray cap. That was a violation of the contract since we asked for all lights to be working. When we asked her to put a functioning light back up she had the electrician put up a drawstring light that belongs in a garage. The light looks horrible and it wasn't discovered until 1.5 hours before closing. When we asked Terry to put the light back up that covered the entire hole she refused and said it wasn't her problems. My realtor had to call her broker and let her know what she had done she offered us a 120 gift card to get a fan installed where the cheap light is they installed. In the gift card she left a nasty note. She was trying to ruin our moment of buying a new home. I cannot recommend Terry. I never want anyone to experience what we went through with Terry.
